The creative direction timeline varies depending on the project.
1. Questionnaire: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours and an email titled, "TSS Creative Studio: Creative Design Questionnaire," fill out the form in its ENTIRETY with all the necessary details listed below. This helps us streamline our workflow and ensure timely completion of your project, please see the needed information below.

2. Contract: You will also receive another email with a contract attached. The contract's purpose is to establish the rights and duties of the parties involved in an agreement, to ensure that those obligations are met. It will also outline the terms and conditions of an arrangement. The contract must be signed before the work can begin and the Zoom meeting is made.

3. Zoom Call/Meeting: Onboarding call, vision discussion & strategy call.

4. Creative Development: Build full Creative Brief
TSSCS strives to accommodate all clients by having different payment options.

Pay Deposit • A final amount or invoice will be determined based on your selected add-ons and tiers. The initial payment of $300 will be due at the time of booking, in addition to any additional deposits required for makeup application services or recommendations.

The final payment will be due three weeks after the order date.
